Covid-19 Plan

The health of you, your family, our clinicians and staff is of the upmost importance to SASH.

With this in mind and now that SA has opened it's

borders, we have taken steps to ensure the on-going safety of anyone that visits SASH.

Please be patient with our reception and clinical staff during this difficult transition to keep you COVID-safe.

 

 

Stay home if you are sick and get tested for COVID-19 if you have any symptoms, no matter how mild, as soon as possible.

Man with Mask

For patients:

  • QR check in is mandatory upon arrival.

  • Surgical masks to be worn, cloth masks will no longer be accepted. We are happy to provide a surgical mask.

  • Masks are to remain on at all times, unless instructed by your clinician.

  • Sanitise hands upon arrival and departure.

  • Temperature check upon arrival.

  • Keep a safe 1.5 meters at all times.

  • Please come alone to your appointment unless a guardian or carer is required.

  • Please arrive close to your appointment time to avoid over crowding.

  • If you are unwell, have any symptoms, have been informed you are a close contact of someone with Covid-19 or have visited an exposure site, please re-schedule your appointment.

Temperature Check
  • All clinicians will be wearing N95 Masks and Eye protection.

  • All remaining staff will be wearing either level 3 surgical masks or N95 masks.

  • Full hand hygiene procedures are in place .

  • Regular cleaning of shared spaces and common touch points will be conducted.

  • Treatment rooms are cleaned between clients.

  • Temperature checks before shifts.
